I'm having problems with my username and/or password
Here are a few things to check if your username or password does not work.
1. Check that the "Caps Lock" and "Num Lock" keys are not selected. Open your word processing program or notepad (Start, Programs, Accessories, Notepad). In that program, type in your user ID and Password to make sure your username and password display correctly.
2. If you're on an automated billing plan, verify your credit card info has not changed or expired. If you suspect a billing problem, contact Customer Service at 1-800-592-5578.
3. If you have trouble remembering your ID & password, contact Customer Service at 1-800-592-5578 and ask for it to be changed to something easier to remember. To expedite your request, please be sure to specify the desired User ID and Password.
How will I receive the newsletter?
Each week, we will email the newsletter to you. It will be attached to the email as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free by clicking here.
How do I download the newsletter file attached to my email?
Every email system is different in this matter. Some have a “download now” button, some ask that you just click the file, others that you double click it or drag it out of the email. We recommend that you consult the HELP feature for your specific email software. This can usually be found by looking at the top bar for a menu item named Help. If this does not work, then you need to contact the customer service department of your email provider.
I’m a new subscriber. Should I act now on any of your current recommendations?
Our cycle indicators only give us one initial short term buy signal and one short term sell signal. Once a signal has been in place for a few days, weeks or more, obviously a holding that has already made a move of 10% or more in that month is not as low risk or as good a buy as it was at the recommendation.
So should I just buy the recommendations that haven't made a move yet?
We are not sure since not all of the recommendations that we make work out. That is true of all investment advisories and one never knows if we are early, late or just wrong on a specific recommendation. We therefore suggest that subscribers wait for the next new recommendation that is made.
Do you provide targets and protective stops for the recommended holdings?
At times, we suggest minimum upside or downside price targets. These price levels are prices which we believe can be achieved at minimum targets. This does not mean that prices cannot move higher or lower as these price calculations suggest minimal projections. Once these minimum prices are achieved, we try to fine tune additional entry and exit price levels by determining current overbought or oversold conditions. Regardless, we suggest the lightening up of positions as investment risks have changed from a low risk to a high risk condition.
Our investment strategy disciplines have always included a Trailing Price Floor percentage sell strategy. This strategy is explained in detail to all new subscribers as a personalized risk tolerance level percentage is strongly suggested. Various percentage or point price levels as well as different execution prices help vary the exit price positions for most subscribers.
For subscribers, wishing the ability to automatically have their positions liquidated upon violation of their personalized risk tolerance Trailing Price Floor levels, should visit our affiliated broker-dealer at 1-800-LessRisk.com.
